Loving Energy...

We are all connected.

Loving energy runs all the time, defying the odds and creating the ties that bind us together, lifting us through life's twists and turns. We can't see it, but we can feel it. It is evident in so many moments if we can pause to bear witness to its presence.

We can feel loving energy when we observe kindness and see love flowing between people and animals.

There is loving energy in kind gestures, food being prepared and cooked, creations being planned and made, seeds being planted, projects getting started and being run based on collaboration, and many unseen acts.

I took a service this week for a special family who had helped one of their own beat the odds and live a full life. It was a story filled with loving energy, unconditional love and much laughter, and this energy moved mountains.

I gently tell loved ones that the love they shared with their loved ones will still be there when they pass away. Loving energy is ever present and when you live in the hearts of your loved ones there is no end.

Recently, Tim and I returned home to homemade cake, thoughtfully wrapped and left on our doorstep.

Our beautiful world is witnessing shocking pain and hardship; it defies words. We may not be able to help directly, but we can send out kind thoughts and loving energy to all who face the harshest and toughest of situations.

We can hold hope that this loving energy can be felt.
