Friday's Balm coming out on a Monday tells a story.
There was a discussion in our home, late on Friday night, where we debated just leaving the lights on the tree and not hanging the baubles. We ended up laughing. This is a nutty time of year for 'things' that supposedly need to be done.
With the war unfolding, everyone feels the painful energy and pressure like no other.
Tim and I have been gently shifting all year, talking and making different choices on how we respond to life in our daily round, what we pick up or put down, what we put our energy into and what truly matters in the silence.
